How to get rid of Pregnancy Stretch Marks
Nowadays a high majority of women are likely to come in contact with the dreaded stretch mark problem. Pregnancy Stretch Marks usually occur during pregnancy because your abdomen gets stretched in a short amount of time and loses its elasticity.
Stretch Marks are fine lines that appear on your skin which can appear anywhere with stomach, bum and thighs the most common places. You can also get stretch marks on your breasts because during pregnancy your breasts become bigger and heavier.
To start off with these Stretch Marks are purple or red in colour but in time these lines fade into white lines whether they are treated or not. They occur in the layer of skin responsible for nourishment which is the middle layer.
Pregnancy Stretch Marks are not harmfull at all and can be treated at home with Herbal Treatments, Stretch Mark Cream or with professional treatments such as Skin Peels or Laser Treatment. As well as using treatments you can also drink lots of water as this hydrates the skin and avoid drinks containing Caffiene. You should also follow a balanced diet of vegetables and fruits and eat meals that contain lots of zinc such as nuts and fish as well as Vitamin A, C and D in Carrots and Milk.
Stretch Mark Creams contain Vitamin C and Vitamin E which moisturises your skin which are great for fading the Stretch Marks although it is not proven if they completely remove them from your skin.
Pregnancy Stretch Marks are not a massive problem so it is not necessary to run to the doctor or plastic surgeon for Stretch Mark Removal Treatments. Once stretch marks develop they remain with your skin forever. Only with these preventive measures they will be less visible to your eyes.
